The Provincial Grand Lodge of the Scottish Borders is proud to support the important work of improving awareness of men's prostate health throughout our Province. Leading this effort is our Depute Provincial Grand Master, Bro. Stewart Clark, who serves as our dedicated Prostate Champion.
Building upon the long-standing partnership between the Grand Lodge of Scotland and Prostate Scotland, Stewart is committed to continuing and strengthening this important legacy within the Scottish Borders. Through engagement with lodges, members, families, and the wider community, he seeks to encourage open conversations about prostate health and the importance of early awareness.
Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers affecting men, yet many men remain unaware of the signs, symptoms, and risk factors associated with the disease. Stewart's role focuses on raising awareness, promoting education, and encouraging men to take a proactive approach to their health.
By working closely with local lodges and supporting national awareness campaigns, Stewart aims to ensure that information about prostate health reaches as many people as possible across the Borders. His work reflects Freemasonry's commitment to caring for others, supporting our communities, and making a positive difference in people's lives.
The Provincial Grand Lodge encourages all Brethren, their families, and friends to learn more about prostate health, to have informed conversations with healthcare professionals where appropriate, and to support the invaluable work undertaken by Prostate Scotland.
Together, through awareness, education, and support, we can help improve outcomes for men and their families across the Scottish Borders.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch with Stewart should you need more information or require further support
